Where do you delivery to?
We currently deliver to below suburbs in metropolitan Sydney. We regret we cannot deliver outside of Greater Sydney, interstates or overseas.

When do you deliver?
We deliver 6 days a week on Monday to Saturday including some public holiday. Unfortunately, we do not deliver on Sundays at this time. Deliveries are made by 3pm to schools, 5pm to commercial addresses and by 7pm to residential addresses. If you need a last-minute floral or plant gift on a Sunday, please head to our partner store Japan Home Centre Chatswood to find out what is available.

When are you open?
Our customer support team is online 7 days between 9am and 6pm (Sydney time). You are welcomed to place an order with us by texting or calling 0493 502 551 during these hours. Alternatively, you can order through this website 24/7.

For in-store purchases and Click & Collect, our partner store Japan Home Centre Chatswood is open 10am to 6pm everyday (including some public holidays). Please kindly note that some products displayed on this website may not be available in-store unless pre-ordered.

Do you offer same day delivery?
We can deliver indoor plants and potted flowers (e.g. orchids) on the same day if ordered by 1pm Sydney time. If you are in a hurry and wish to find out what is available for same day delivery, please feel free to text or call us on 0493 502 551 and we will try our best to help.

Will you notify the recipient prior to delivery?
We will send a courtesy message to the recipient's mobile number (if provided) approximately 30 minutes prior to the estimated time of delivery.

What if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is not present or unavailable to sign for delivery, we will place your order at a safe place if you instruct us to do so. If there is no safe place to leave the order, or if the courier cannot access the recipient's premise, we will contact the phone numbers provided in the order. If we are unable to reach you nor the recipient, the order will be returned to our partner store Japan Home Centre Chatswood.
If your order is returned to us , please contact us within 2 days of non-delivery to arrange pick-up or re-delivery. Additional handling and re-delivery costs apply, please see our Terms & Conditions.

For gift orders containing alcohol, we have to follow strict delivery protocols as required by law, please see our Terms & Conditions for details.

Will I receive confirmation of delivery?
Our courier will send a courtesy message to your mobile number (if provided) once the order is delivered.
What if the delivery details supplied was incorrect?
If you have provided us with incorrect delivery details such as an incorrect delivery address, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will try our best to update the details with our courier, it cannot be done if the order is already collected by our courier for delivery.
If the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, additional charges may apply to replace the order and arrange a re-delivery. We therefore recommend you to carefully check your order details during the check out process and ensure that the delivery details as showed in the order confirmation email are correct.
Can I make changes to my order?
We will make every effort possible. This is not possible if the order is already prepared or is with our courier for delivery. For our modification and cancellation policy, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

What currencies does this website refer to?
Our website may be translated into foreign languages for better user experience, however prices, fees and costs displayed on this website are always in Australian Dollar (AUD$).

How do I care for my flowers or plants?
In general, fresh cut flowers can last for 3-5 days and some native varieties can last up to 10 days depending on weather, season, variety, environment and care.
Here are some tips for caring fresh cut flowers at home:

Ensure your vase or flower container is thoroughly cleaned before use.

Using a pair of clean, sharp scissors, make an angled cut about 2-3cm from the bottom of the stems (in or under running water if possible), then place the flowers into the cleaned vase filled with fresh water.

If you are using flower food, please follow instructions on the flower food packaging and dissolve the flower food in the correct amount of water.

Refill the vase if water level starts to drop. Keep in mind that water evaporates faster in warmer weather.

Wash the vase and replace all water once every 1-2 days to prevent growth of bacteria in the water (i.e. the water turns cloudy).

Keep flowers away from heat, direct sunlight, draft, air-conditioning or any drastic temperature changes.
